Can you explain how the free trial works?
You'll enjoy a free trial that will either last two weeks or until you've finished 200 minutes, whichever occurs first. This offer does not extend to any dedicated agent or initiatives from our outbound call centre, such as telemarketing or tele sales campaigns. As we prioritize your satisfaction with our service, hence, no credit card information is required to start the free trial.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Our shared agent plans come with no necessity for signatures or contracts. Our call centre operates on a pay-per-minute basis, allowing billing to be month-to-month. This flexibility enables you to modify or terminate the service whenever desired. Upon cancellation, you will only be charged for the ongoing month and any exceeding costs, after which there will be no further billing. When it comes to dedicated agent plans, a minimum commitment of 3 months (or 90 days) is required for the selected agent plan.
What are the steps to register for dedicated agent programs?

Is it possible for me to change my plans?
Absolutely. With our communal agent packages, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Regarding our agent schemes, adding agents at your convenience is possible. But should you decide to let go of an agent, please be aware that the billing for that agent's duration in the month continues.
Do you have overseas options?
Currently, we do not provide call centre support outside of the United States. CBC is a US-based call centre with American representatives. We might have employees working remotely but they too reside within the US, ensuring that all our workforce, regardless of their work arrangement, are based domestically.
Can you explain what a dedicated agent is?
Our dedicated customer service or dedicated outbound services consist of a team of agents at our call centre solely assigned to handle your calls. They receive exclusive training from you and are advised for well-known brands requiring sustained customer service or for customers experiencing high and consistent call volumes.
Can we get shared and dedicated agents?
Indeed. If you want to avoid having incoming calls lined up waiting for your dedicated agents to respond, you can choose to have these calls redirected to our shared agent team. This team would follow the same instructions and procedures followed by your dedicated agents. However, it's worth noting that while there's a set price for dedicated agents, any use of shared agents will incur additional costs based on the monthly minutes used.
Can outbound agents work on a commission structure?
No, we do not entertain any accounts involving commissions, profit sharing, or performance-based payments.
Is it possible to establish an incentive program for dedicated agents?
Indeed! While we don't operate on a commission-based system, we promote the idea of customers initiating an incentive scheme with the agents to ensure your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Does the cost of shared agent services change in line with our specific needs?
No, regardless of whether we are providing technical support or message-taking in the shared agent group, the price per minute remains consistent and is predicated on the plan you've chosen.
Are there any additional monthly charges?
No, there aren't any extra costs associated with your account other than your standard monthly fee and potential additional charges for optional services such as patch fees, IVR fees, or sub-account fees.
How can I make my payment?
